Your responsibilities
- After a training period in which you will be familiarized with our products and applications, you will take care of the service of our installations at customers completely independently. You are mainly responsible for the maintenance of the robotic systems and peripheral equipment in the Benelux. This includes:
- Performing planned, preventive maintenance at our customers' premises.
- You ensure that work can be done safely at all times.
- During maintenance, you pay due attention to collecting data (backup / loggings / System data) so that possible problems can be detected.
- You provide thorough reporting and advise the customer regarding optimal maintenance of the installation. Where possible you also carry out the advised works yourself.
- After maintenance, you ensure that the robot is ready for use so that the customer can restart production with peace of mind.
- Sporadically you provide training to the customer in the context of the necessary maintenance.
- Since this is a service, you must be willing to maintain flexible working hours. Running standby shifts is part of this.
Your background
- You have a secondary or higher technical education (e.g. electricity, electronics or electromechanics).
- Several years of experience as a service technician is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
- You have a great sense of responsibility and analytical skills, in addition you are very service-minded.
- You are felxible to moving within the Benelux.
- Because the work mainly takes place at the customers, you will be offered a company car. Driving license B is therefore required.
