Our drive technology is a crucial element in many plants in the process industry, renewable energies and in mechanical engineering. As a strong communicator, do you combine technical expertise with an interest in providing services for our plants? You will sit in a home office and oversee assignments regionally and across Germany. Sporadically also Europe-wide and global for a short time. For this position we are looking for a Field Service Engineer for the region South-Germany.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying faults and malfunctions and initiating countermeasures
• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance
• Execution and monitoring of agreed services of service orders as well as root cause analysis in case of warranty cases
• Collaboration in modernization projects Deployment in the on-call service

Your background

• Commercial technical training in electrical engineering / mechatronics or technician training in electrical engineering
• Ideally with first professional experience, we are also happy to give newcomers a chance
• Sound knowledge of drive technology
• Confident appearance towards customers, as well as a high customer orientation
• Personally, you are characterized by analytical thinking and your problem-solving ability
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• High willingness to travel mainly within South-Germany - temporarily also for a short time worldwide
