Field Service Technician / Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a customer-oriented Field Service Technician / Engineer for the Region of Southern Germany. If you like to work independently and be on the road throughout Germany than it´s your chance: Apply and become part of our team!

Your responsibilities

• Identification of errors and faults and initiation of countermeasures
• Implementation of commissioning, maintenance and modernization projects
• Execution and monitoring of agreed services of the service orders as well as root cause analysis in the case of warranty
• Participation in modernization projects from planning to implementation
• Use in on-call duty
• Independent management and implementation of smaller projects
• Facilitate trainings for our customers

Your background

• University degree or technician training in electronics or comparable
• Ideally with initial work experience, we are also happy to give newcomers a chance
• In-depth knowledge of drive technology
• Confident appearance towards customers, as well as a high customer orientation
• Personally, you are characterized by analytical thinking and your problem-solving skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and good English
• High willingness to travel throughout Germany
