    Field Service Technician UPS m/f/d

    In this position, you will perform technical interventions on customer sites for commissioning and/or installation, modernization (revamping), and/or after-sales service in order to contribute to customer satisfaction.

    Your responsibilities

    • Prepares repair interventions (reservation/order of necessary equipment, necessary PPE, tools, documentation...).
    • Carries out the installation and commissioning according to the requirements of the mission order, in particular deadlines.
    • Within the framework of annual service contracts, carries out the planned controls, determines the necessary maintenance and possible repairs.
    • In case of technical failure, performs the technical diagnosis and repairs the defect in order to regain the proper operating mode, in particular by replacing defective parts or equipment, either by telephone with the customer, or at the customer's premises, according to the requirements of the mission order, in particular deadlines.
    • Ensures on-call duty (telephone and on-site interventions) in the case of service contracts.
    • Travels mainly in France and regularly abroad (Switzerland and Italy).

    Your background

    • At least 2 years of higher education (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, CIRA, Industrial Computing/Mechanics and/or Industrial Automation.
    • At least 3 years of technical experience in power electronics, ideally experienced in UPS.
    • Behavioral skills: autonomy, results orientation, customer orientation, commercial sense.
    • Fluent English and French required.
    • No obstacles for travel (50% - 80%) in France and abroad (Switzerland, Italy).
    • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
