Your responsibilities

• Performing analysis of business performance versus plan and forecast. Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business
• Working with the other financial professionals in divisions or hubs or countries or functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance
• Analyzing of overhead under or over absorption indicating root cause and performing cost or benefit analysis and analyzing of inventories and NWC
• Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business or function’s request. Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning and forecasting and supporting audits
• Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and reviewing of exceptions. Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications and coordinating information requirements
• Identifying areas for process or report standardization across different countries, divisions and business units. Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are implemented in line with group and unit requirements
• Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future tax or internal or external audits and reviews. Maintaining SOP’s for all activities performed

Your background

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Finance or Accounting. CMA or CA or MBA Finance preferred
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
