Global ELSP training and technical promotion Specialist

The global training and technical promotion is part of the ELSP marketing team. This specific role targets the training responsibility; the main purpose is the coordination and the support of the training activities connected to the enclosures business, with a particular focus to the Panel Builders channel. Accountabilities include the delivery of classroom and online education about products, Standards and tools, the development of marketing material and the support of the Authorization and certification process for Panel Builders, in order to achieve the relevant business targets.

Your responsibilities

• Contents development of ABB offering for the Panel Builders channel: create and update education and marketing contents dedicated to panel builders, based on the value proposition of the ABB solutions and in line with the sales strategy (as applications papers, technical specifications, project references, comparison with competitors, …).
• Training: plan and deliver technical trainings for local panel builders in order to increase the competence level and to allow the development of the certification process for Assembly Authorizations and Licenses.
• Technical support: grant training and technical support, in cooperation with GSS, to certified panel builders, whereas the complexity of the requirement is high and needs advanced solutions.
• Panel builder relation: support the global marketing team in strengthening relations with panel builders in order to maximize customer satisfaction (delivering specific training locally, organizing factory visits, providing updated material, preparing proper business reporting …).
• Technical promotion: support the technical promotion community in the promotion of enclosures to the consultants channel.

Your background

• Graduate with Master degree, or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Panel Builders activity.
• Flexibility in travelling, fluent in English.
• Team spirit, communication and social skills.
• Result orientation.
• Flexibility and openness to new ideas; inclination to innovation.
