As a Global Grading Expert, you will be a member of Compensation & Performance Team in the Global Business Services, responsible for job evaluation process and all related grading activities worldwide. You will be acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on job evaluation and provide support and expert advice to stakeholders for assigned area of responsibility. The role reports to the Global Grading Leader and will be located somewhere in Europe.

    Your responsibilities

    • Evaluating jobs (includes run interviews, collect data, global calibration and evaluation)
    • Defining and implementing standards (grading line standards, quality standards, process standards)
    • Developing and conducting training for stakeholders
    • Engaging in different global grading projects (e.g. transformation, integrations etc.)
    • Developing and participating in the design and development of tools
    • Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers
    • Providing technical expertise in development, maintenance and implementation of job evaluation processes
    • Designing and developing different reports/dashboards
    • Monitoring and reporting on the quality and consistency of grades to ensure compliance to standards and policy
    • Performing other related projects, initiatives or activities, as required

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in the HR-C&B field
    • Hands-on experience of evaluating jobs (preferably HAY methodology) and Workday a strong plus
    • Skilled use of MS Office and SAP (HR) and ability to multitask
    • Highly developed communication and advising skills, excellent customer, service and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail
    • High learning ability combined with high flexibility
    • High degree of personal responsibility and work independently
