Global Mobility Specialist

you will be acting as a single point of contact case manager for assignees and the business and provide high level support and advice in all areas of assignment management. The work model for the role is Hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business based out in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing high-volume assignments within the GM process in alignment with ABB's Global Mobility policies and acting as the single point of contact for assignees and their families, managing end-to-end assignments. • Briefing assignees on their assignment package, explaining mobility policy terms and benefits and participating in knowledge support for overall process for assigned countries/locations. • Providing advice on tax, immigration, and legal requirements, ensuring assignees know who to contact and coordinating the assignment move with HR Business Partners and relevant business lines. • Ensuring SSCs produce all necessary assignment paperwork and support documentation. • Overseeing third-party providers involved in the assignment process, including tax, immigration, and relocation services and supporting Global Mobility counterparts worldwide in managing assignments.
Qualifications for the role

• A Minimum of 3 years of HR experience preferably with experience in managing global mobility matters.
• Ability to manage personal workload (100+) and support others where necessary.
• Should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
• Good organizational, planning and decision making skills and should be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages preferable
