The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Sales and Solutions Operational efficiency globally. Main stakeholders are Solutions units, GAMs and Solutions Development team. You will be mainly accountable for: • Delivering overseen global organization-level Operational KPIs • Developing business action plans for the unit(s) aligned with Global Solutions Centers and Sales and Solutions Business Line strategy and targets. Monitoring implementation and tracking any deviations for corrective action. • Accountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value-chain in BL Sales and Solutions, from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products, Projects & for project execution from order to service.) • Responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across functions of BL Sales and Solutions, including Site management • Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance • Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time.
