ss and generate leads for our extensive solutions portfolio. You will support the lead management process, optimizing lead conversions for impactful results. In this role, you will be reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Manager and is an integral mem-ber of the Digital Marketing team. You will work in diverse and multi-lingual markets with large geographic coverage, with cross business teams and communication functions, collaborating and aligning with Process Automation Business Area and ABB Group communications strategy and digital teams.
Spearhead the migration of website content to a new content management system - overseeing the entire process, including the creation, maintenance, and governance of web pages; co-ordinate online transformations with Business Area and Group resources as representative of the Measurement & Analytics Division.
Coordinate activities within the Measurement & Analytics Division to conceptualize and implement essential components, including sitemaps, page wireframes, and content strategies, ensuring an effective approach to website development.
Support the lead management process, covering lead assignment, lead data enhancement, lead scoring and qualification, lead follow-up and reporting; work closely with relevant stake-holders to increase lead conversion, and develop proposals for refining the lead management process.
Analyze web analytics and leverage best practices to formulate targeted strategies for improving website traffic and optimizing digital campaigns; provide feedback to relevant stakeholders, guiding them in optimizing overall web and digital performance.
Provide technical support for tools and platforms, and facilitate the transfer of digital knowledge to other members within the Measurement & Analytics Division.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing web publishing and operations, coupled with execution of digital marketing strategies.
Complete proficiency in content management systems. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or Sitefinity is a plus.
Experience in web design principles, digital content creation and search engine optimization (SEO). Proficient in tools for web analytics, SEO/SEM, conducting keyword research and per-forming competitive analysis.
Experience in managing digital campaigns and lead management processes. Proficient in Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot will be a plus.
Strong project management skills, with proven ability to respond effectively to changing prior-ities and challenging deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to relay proposed solutions to stakeholders who may not have a technical background.
Fluency in English, both in written and spoken communication.
