Head of Business Finance Planning & Analysis, B&R Automation

evelopment of the Controlling department incl. functional Controlling (R&D Controlling, Operations Controlling etc.), Controlling processes (LPP, Rolling Forecast, Budgeting etc.), Controlling Systems (B&R COPA) and Reporting • Analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators to evaluate financial performance and derive strategic decisions. • Execution and monitoring of financial results analysis and coordination of management report preparation (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) • Assessment of the impact of strategic, financial, or other investment decisions • Coordination and monitoring of financial planning processes and activities (including budgeting and forecasting) • Ensuring the timeliness and compliance of budget and forecast instructions. • Promotion of the implementation of standardized processes and tools to support financial planning. • Driving management reporting, including preparation of management discussions and analyses • Leadership of process improvement and cost reduction initiatives as well as global initiatives to enhance financial controlling and controlling processes • Promotion of collaboration within the organization • Fostering a culture of cost consciousness • Supervisor for B&R FP&A Team. Fosters functional, personal, and professional further development of RAMA FP&A team members
Qualifications for the role

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and financial analysis in an international company including leadership roles
• Sound knowledge in areas such as performance management, operational excellence, risk management, and internal controls.
• Experience in data analysis and the use of corresponding tools (e.g., Excel, BI software)
• Good knowledge of tax law
• Analytical skills, structured work approach, and high attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Excellent proficiency in English (company language is English); German is an advantage
