    Position summary

    tailored to diverse industries and product lines to bolster B&R's market positioning. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will equip them with effective tools and resources to streamline the sales process (sales enablement). Additionally, you will be responsible for orchestrating high-impact events, exhibitions, and campaigns geared towards lead generation and fostering customer loyalty.
    Your responsibilities

    • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the global marketing team

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and

    • revenue growth.

    • Effectively coordinate and align marketing activities globally to achieve business objectives.

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.

    • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

    • Entrepreneurial in identifying new opportunities and investments to improve marketing

    • effectiveness.

    • Manage and develop a global marketing team of talented professionals from diverse

    • geographic regions.

    • Secure effective communication and collaboration between local marketing teams and

    • headquarters.

    • Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that support sales goals and

    • drive customer engagement.

    • Coordinate with product management to develop marketing initiatives that support new

    • product launches and drive market growth.

    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing methodologies and tools and their integration with

    • traditional marketing approaches.

    • Leverage data analytics and insights to continuously optimize marketing strategy and

    • increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

    Your background

    • Master's degree in marketing, sales, business administration or engineering, 15+ years of

    • experience with a strong focus on marketing and sales - preferably a mix of

    • corporate/agency experience within the technology industry.

    • At least 15 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a

    • leadership position with international staff responsibility.

    • Proven success in leading and developing global marketing teams.

    • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.

    • B2B marketing experience with technically complex products and services.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and allocate resources effectively.

    • A strong personality with proven leadership experience in realigning and developing

    • marketing teams.

    • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours
