Additionally, the role oversees the enhancement and maintenance of performance excellence across various areas, including Project and Service Portfolio Management, Internal Consulting, People and Performance Management, Communications, Organizational Change Management, Vendor Management, and Software Asset Management. Working model: #LI-hybrid Responsibilities • Ensuring strategic direction for the IS organization and that all internal and external transformation programs fit into the overall IS Group strategy and direction • Partners with the Group CIO in providing technology vision and direction for the ABB group • Works closely with the Group CIO and Business Area CIOs, providing broad insight into IS performance in support of enterprise-wide business decisions • Stays current with developments in new market trends and innovations in technology and the leadership of enterprise IS • Oversees the development and maintenance of IS policies, procedures, methodologies, and governance - as well as performance management frameworks and metrics - to ensure the IS organization delivers value to the enterprise • Enables IS organization to become an effective and efficient execution arm, enabling external benchmarking and driving simplification and standardization of processes and standards across IS • Creating strong communication strategy and delivery, ensuring understanding, alignment, clarification in context of impacted people
