The work model for the role is: Remote with nationwide travel to customer and ABB sites. Main stakeholders are Key Customers, Marketing and Sales Director ELDS, Product Market Managers, Factories and supply chain and other Sales and Account Management Interfaces. You will be mainly accountable for: • Oversee the end-to-end management of complex and major projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Proactively manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and impact. • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. • Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification. • Gather key delivery KPI's and feedback for further monitoring and ensures the sales team including other SS's and Account Managers are aware of the lessons learnt. • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Qualifications for the role

• Substantial experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong technical background in Electrical engineering.

• Proven leadership experience, being able to support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle complex and high-profile electrical projects, with a strong focus on customer experience.

• Effective stakeholder and communication skills, able to guide and influence at all levels.

• Commercial acumen in budget management, cost control, and contract management.

• A strategic thinking and problem-solver with ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
