    Position summary

The work model for the role is hybrid: #LI-hybrid • Developing and maintaining an impactful sales strategy within the assigned regional area, ensuring alignment with global or regional market scopes. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, with a particular focus on ship owners as the primary client group. • Leading the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and services, supporting sustainable order growth and profitability. • Monitoring sales performance consistently, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective measures proactively to foster business growth. • Driving market share growth, enhancing sales productivity, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborating with ABB Marine Systems Global Sales team ensure success worldwide with the regional stakeholders. • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Extensive experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in the marine market.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and fostering business growth.
    • Exceptional leadership skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales plans.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, particularly ship owners.
    • Experience in monitoring sales metrics, analyzing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
    • Proficiency in English, Greek language is considered as plus.
