    Position summary

    . You will establish credibility as a strategic partner, playing a consultative role to employees, managers, and leaders to manage growth. Key responsibilities: • Act as a direct sparring partner for assigned regions/functions in the M&S organization, to understand current business challenges that can be supported or resolved through people and leadership initiative and practices. • Counsel, support and challenge business leaders driving the most effective solutions for resolving issues and supporting short, mind and long-term objectives. • Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. • Develops and drives the People Strategy aligned with business objectives, leading the implementation of initiatives in the organization • Able to assess and promote talent pipeline • Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement in the organization • Build and drive a culture of accountability and high performance, supported by strong collaboration, recognition and trust.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Human resources management or a related field
    • Minimum 15 years HRBP working experiences in MNC, prefer commercial organization HRBP experience
    • Strong business acumen and customer focused mindset, with ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders with capacity to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
    • Demonstrated to be an efficient solution provider
    • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill
    • Can think out of box and can turn the innovative ideas into fruition
    • Strong ownership and can follow-up closely to ensure successful completion.
    • Strong facilitation/coaching skill are required
    • Good at talent development, team engagement, performance management/rewards
