    HR Business Partner - (Part time 80%)

    As a Human Resources Manager, you will be a key member of the team of the Blending activity (Cellier) of about 100 employees, based in Aix-Les-Bains and specializing in industrial production unit projects for our customers based all over the world. Reporting to the site manager, you will provide Human Resources support to the employees in your area, but also assist the managers of your activity in their operational HR management issues.

    Your responsibilities

    • You will contribute to the global division's strategy in frequent contact with the Global Head and the Global HR of the BLENDING Business Line.
    • You will execute the Human Resources priorities while adding value to the business.
    • You will deploy HR processes according to the Group's policy (performance management, recruitment, talent management, compensation, training plan, etc.)
    • As part of the international development of this activity (China, India, etc.), you will contribute to change management.
    • You will advise and support managers to help them solve their problems, develop their team, etc., through HR policies and tools and the legislation in force
    • You organize, prepare and hold meetings with employee representatives (CSE, CSSCT)
    • You participate in and implement cross-functional Human Resources projects

    Your background

    • You have a master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
    • Minimum 5 years experience in an equivalent position
    • Previous experience in an international B to B environment is a plus
    • Knowledge of labor law
    • Knowledge of international mobility is a plus
    • Fluent English is a must
    • Ability to work with international teams
    • Teamwork, proactivity and strength of proposal are necessary for this position
    • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
