HR IS Analytics Business Analyst for Global HR System (HRGT)

HR IS Analytics Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and proposing solutions for reports and dashboards that support global HR processes and operations. As an IS Analytics Business Analyst you will be a member of a team responsible for functional and technical side of Global HR Reporting solutions (over 70 SAP BW queries and PBI Dashboards delivering HR operational, analytical and strategic data to different levels of HR and non-HR users). You will be reporting to IS Service Owner for HRGT and collaborating closely with HR IS Master Data and Authorizations teams.

Your responsibilities

• Working with HR function/business to understand and collect their requirements and translate these into functional specifications
• Designing and proposing, in collaboration with technical teams, reporting solutions (including prototypes) based on analyzed requirements
• Organizing, performing and coordinating various testing activities (integration, UAT, regression)
• Analyzing organizational, process and source system changes and their impact on reports
• Managing new change requests and projects related to HR Reporting
• Collaborating with Global Business Process Owners and various levels of HR and non-HR users in IS aspects of HR Reporting
• Gathering, assessing and analyzing business requirements towards new reporting tools
• Preparing and delivering training sessions and user manuals

Your background

• Experience in analytics/reporting (minimum 5 years)
• Business analyst experience (minimum 2 years)
• HR systems knowledge - SAP HCM (Workday knowledge is a plus)
• Knowledge of SAP BW system
• Experience in designing PowerBI dashboards
• Knowledge of human resources processes
• Fluent spoken and written English
