    Position summary

    ss all Service Lines. As part of the regional HR organization, HR Manager contributes to the global / regional and local roadmap and deliverables. You will be the Line Manager for appr. 10 people. ABB is a company thriving to be the best partner in automation worldwide. We do buy companies that suits our portfolio. So, integration of other organizations and sometimes even selling departments is something that you will work with as projects in the future, concerning for example payroll and HR-questions. Our next big project that is ahead of us right now is the integration of Workday as our main business system that will be in place and running 2025. The project is ongoing. We ensure that we deliver HR Services in time and with excellent customer service mindset. Correct processes are in place and systems are processes are developed together with our global organization. You take care of your team well being as well. You are real team player and work together with business and other stakehold-ers smoothly towards best possible solutions. Even though your responsibility is the Swedish organization, HRIS environment is international. Your own manager is based in Finland, and you also have close colleagues in other North Europe countries. Be responsible for HR Services in Sweden with great emphasis on developing the function and optimizing the processes With your team be part of projects for example in new systems, improvements and new labor laws Strong analytical approach to problem solving, high degree of proactive behavior, result-orientation and high degree of structure and keeping deadlines in focus Follow up on costs and budget
    Qualifications for the role

    • Leadership role in managing teams and experience in Payroll, Shared Service Operations or HR (insourced or outsourced).
    • Minimum 5 years' experience with broad HR services in an international organization. If it is a manufacturing company it is a benefit.
    • Experience with process development and optimization. Experience of Project Management or Lean / Six sig-ma is a benefit.
    • Experience with SAP and good skills in Excel, it is a great benefit if you have been working with Workday.
