    Position summary

    del for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • You will deliver HR services and payroll support to HR, line managers, and employees, ensuring clear communication of policies related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Time & Absence. • You will process HR inquiries, prepare reports for external authorities, and ensure data quality and accuracy in all systems and databases. • You will contribute to annual processes such as tax statements, salary, and bonus rounds while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. • You will ensure adherence to risk and control standards, identify opportunities for process improvements, and live ABB's core values of safety and integrity.
    Qualifications for the role

    • You hold a commercial degree and/or you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (BWL) or Human Resources (HR) management, with additional education in HR or Payroll being a plus.
    • You bring initial work experience in a similar role within Payroll or HR Operations and possess knowledge of Swiss tax and social security laws, including AHV, IV, EO, BVG, and UVG.
    • You are customer-oriented, reliable, and accurate in your work, with strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneNote) is required, and experience with Workday and/or SAP HCM is highly desirable.
    • Fluency in German and English is essential, with French and/or Italian language skills considered an additional asset.
    • You hold a current work permit valid in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
