HR Operations Specialist

You will be working as HR Operations Specialist and will be part of Employee Life Cycle division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to HR Operations Delivery Manager – ELC and will be primarily responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) or country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office or hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Executing the HR core processes through SAP ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data accurately according to the global standard processes
• Processing ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire or Termination
• Monitoring payroll relevant data in HR core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Playing key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical data within HR core
• Capturing ELCM-related activities into appropriate systems and recording the employee queries in an appropriate IT system (ticketing tool)
• Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined service level agreement(s) like TAT, quality and customer satisfaction (C-SAT)
• Extracting reports for internal data quality through Ad-hoc query or from customized transactions codes
• Willingness to learn and implement the learning in an innovative manner

Your background

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations in a reputed organization
• Prior experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Ms Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
• Flexible to work in shifts
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
• A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
