    HR Operations Specialist - payroll m/f/d

    In this position, you will be responsible for the payroll and personnel administration of a population as well as managing various HR projects. You will report to the Personnel Administration and Payroll Manager.

    Your responsibilities

    • Provide payroll and personnel administration support to the HR community, managers and employees.
    • Prepare employee balances in accordance with the rules.
    • Check the accuracy of the payroll.
    • Prepare information and documents for external agencies.
    • Recommend improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback.
    • Implement and lead certain process improvement activities.
    • Participate in various quality control, audit and data protection activities.
    • Support other members of the local payroll team or shared expertise center.

    Your background

    • At least 3 years of higher education, ideally in Human Resources.
    • At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
    • Knowledge of French payroll/legislation essential.
    • Good ability to use computer tools.
    • Fluency in English and French is a must.
    • Training in international mobility would be a plus.
    • Required qualities: autonomy, strength of proposal, rigor, interpersonal skills, dynamism, teamwork, customer orientation.
    • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
