HR Operations Specialist - Payroll - Temporary

As a core member of the {HR team}, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple servicewith a major focus on Employee Life Cycle, Compensation and Payroll .In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of infor-mation for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are main-tained.

Your responsibilities

• Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s);
• Supports employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool);
• Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers;
• Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services;
• Preparing reports and documents for authorities and checking the quality of output from other HR Services Specialists;
• Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organi-zational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing re-ports where required;

Your background

• A Bachelor/Master Degree in HR field;
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Office, Excel);
• Knowledge of Payroll rules and SAP are considered a plus;
• The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams;
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills;
• A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” atti-tude·Fluent in English;
