    HR Operations Specialist, Swedish speaking

    As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be a member in ABB HR Services division in Ülemiste city, Tallinn, responsible for delivering Human Resource service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

    HR Operations Team Lead

    Your responsibilities

    • Supporting in back-office activities, processing HR requests related to Employee Life Cycle
    • Working with internal customers with HR queries
    • Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where required
    • Update existing guidelines to accommodate system and process changes
    • Building relationships with HR colleagues within the ABB organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness

    Your background

    • Experience in customer service is beneficial
    • Good computer knowledge, including MS Office programs
    • The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and written and spoken communication skills
    • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
    • Swedish B2 and English language skills, other languages are beneficial
