    HR Services Project and Document Coordinator (part-time)

    As a member of the HR Operational Services team based in Ülemiste City Tallinn Hub, you will support HR Services team in Human Resource Transformation Program. As a HR Services Project and Document Coordinator for Baltics countries, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining standard employment documentation according to local legislation and requirements and support Local Process Owners in project related activities in way that all deliverables are met. This is a limited duration position, until the end of 2023, with part-time work. Suitable also for students.

    HR Operations Team Lead

    Your responsibilities

    • Working independently to upgrade documentation for UKG system (document management system) according to agreed process, templates, and guidelines
    • Accountable for requested documents delivered on time
    • Update documents progress status in Country Workshop files and dedicated folders
    • Communicating documentation status to Local Process Owners, Front Office Lead and HRTP Country Lead and other stakeholders (global Process Experts, Workstream Leads)
    • Coordinate communication and pre and post workshop activities (meeting invites, action plan update reminders e.g.)

    Your background

    • Previous experience in similar role and /or administration and coordination related is beneficial
    • Successful at managing multiple priorities and tasks
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to keep deadlines
    • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Fluency in written and spoken Estonian and English language
