HR Services Specialist for Employee Lifecycle Poland

The purpose of this role is to oversee the talent acquisition process and to deliver best in class support to Recruiters, HR cAs a core member of the Employee Lifecycle (ELC) team, you will deliver HR operational service assistance to the HR community, business managers and ABB employees. You will process complex HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.ommunities, Hiring Managers and candidates. You would be part of a team of specialists supporting Polish market.

Your responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive HR operational services for ABB employees, including hiring, termination, changing employment contracts, etc.
• Keeping employee’s files up to date
• Preparing various documents incl. employment contracts, amendments to contracts, employment certificates and others
• Interpreting and applyomg Polish Labor Law and HR policies when answering Employee’s questions and performing processes
• Registering new employees and leavers for/from health insurance in Polish Social Security (ZUS) system – Płatnik
• Identifying improvement opportunities and participating in process improvement projects
• Preparing various HR reports, preparing information and documents for external authorities
• Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy

Your background

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR Operational Services that provided HR service to employees hired in Poland
• Knowledge of SAP, SNOW or Workday and Płatnik application would be beneficial
• The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
• English B2/C1 level
