As a HR Services Specialist I for HR Services Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for execute accurate service processes related to payroll and benefit related operations. Ensuring appropriate support for internal customers and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.

HR Operations Team Lead

Your responsibilities

• Being charge of employees' monthly payroll and benefit related transactions
• Handling payroll/benefit related special cases according to relevant experience
• Supporting Internal/External audit process
• Coordinating with vendor/agency
• Coordinating with other GBS service lines and Hub GBS team (In Bangalore, India

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree or above
• Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
• 2+ years’ experience in HR benefit function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage
• Collaboration and networking skills
• Excellent speaking & written in English
