    HR Team Lead

    You will be working as HR Team Lead-ELCM and will be reporting to HR Operations Manager – ELC and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. The HR Operations Team Lead supports the globally set standards for GBS HR Operations and ensures that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to GBS HR Operations Hub and/or Front Office processes of the respective Country

    Your responsibilities

    • Leading, managing and developing the team ensuring an integrated approach to service delivery and collaboration with the HR Systems & Improvements Team
    • Designing and Deliver solutions aligned with our HR Strategy and Governing HR processes and develop improvement plans in needed areas and building the controls and KPIs in place for effective process governance
    • Leading team in daily huddles, discuss and continuously improving on key operational metrics
    • Quality Check on the Key/Critical transactions processed by team as defined in the Quality framework
    • Demonstrating high proficiency in processes and standard operating procedures with ability to resolve complex queries
    • Accountable for setting team performance expectations, reinforcing goals, providing coaching and feedback on performance
    • Managing tracking and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like OTD, Quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT) and also managing M&A and other country projects related to system and process impacting ELC

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degre in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
    • Hands on experience on SAP and Workday knowledge will be advantageous
    • At least 8 – 10 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization with minimum 2 years of experience as People manager
    • Ability to manage a team size of 8 – 10 members.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
    • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
