    Position summary

    he work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Service division located in Vittuone (Milan). You will be mainly accountable for: • Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions. • Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks. • Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB. • Management of HSE documentation related to external activities (DVR,POS,DUVRI ecc..). • Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Degree in Engineering field or related to Health-Safety-Environment
    • At least 2 years of experience working as HSE Engineer in manufacturing companies.
    • Knowledge of D.LGS 81/08 regulation.
    • Nice to have: knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 regulations.
    • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
