    HSE Specialist - Internship

In our Electrification Division, for our Business Line Smart Buildings, located in Santa Palomba, we are looking for an Internship HSE Specialist. You will contribute to effective risk management and improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance in respective area of responsibility.

    This position reports to

    Production Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Support the activities in OHS Plan.
    • Support Hazard resolution process.
    • Support the HSE deadlines supervisor.
    • Coordinate activities with HUB HSE.
    • Support the development of safety culture in the organization (manage training and support communications activities).
    • Support the ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certification (contribute to create the documentations for the Management System and participate to Management System activities - internal audit, non-conformity management).
    • Support the Facility Manager in sustainability projects.

    Your background

    • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or student as Prevention technician in the environment and workplace.
    • Attitude in operative activities: half time spend in the factory supervising safety items and good communications skills.
    • Previous experience in safety (Safety Manager supporting).
    • Management system competences and IT competences - Office tools.
    • Very good knowledge of English and Italian both written and spoken.
    • Positive spirit, proactivity, team working, speediness, problem solving orientation and commitment to deliver results.
