This role contributes to advancing our culture in the areas of Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE). In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the HSE Business Partner for the Local Sales Unit (LSU) and the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business, working with the Motion HSE Team to support employees and supervisors. You organized events in the HSE team and lead the team administration. You motivate by leading by example and proactively identifying existing hazards. You thus help to develop a positive HSE culture. Through your passion, you succeed in positively influencing the behavior of employees in the workplace.

Your responsibilities

• HSE Specialist Motion Sales and Service and Robotics
• Responsible for occupational health and safety in the two operational units
• Contribute to the development of a viable and sustainable HSE culture
• Ensure the HSE leadership process and systematic risk management
• Support supervisors in HSE training, investigate incidents and close the learning loop
• HSE Specialist Motion
• Develop HSE policies and process descriptions
• Plan and manage HSE training courses
• Lead internal HSE communication through various channels

Your background

• Technician HF with professional training in electrical engineering
• Safety assistant ASGS, EKAS
• System knowledge ISO 45001 and EKAS guideline 6508 are ideal
• Experience in production and customer service
• Good team and communication skills
• Flexible, self-confident personality with assertiveness
• Languages German, English B2
