    As Hub User Access Coordinator, you will be reporting to User Access Practice Manager being a part of IS Services located in Krakow, Poland. In this role you are responsible, at operational level, to manage and monitor User Access to meet requirements and efficiency for IS services related to User Access Processes. A key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, who contributes with own competence and expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness and support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. The Hub User Access Coordinator is supporting the User Access process for a specific population of employees working in ABB Service Hubs and is their primary reference/point of contact for problem and issues related to the Access they need to Applications and Systems (ERPs) outside of the Country where the Hub is located.

    Your responsibilities

    • Maintaining the Hub Access Process hosted on ABB User Access platform for the Service Hub sites and support internal, business and country stakeholders during daily operations by collecting/updating and mapping Access data to keep the process quality level high
    • Administrating and coordinating User Access requests for the Service Hub Employees (create, modify, delete) as per defined process, making sure the relevant documentation is promptly updated
    • Being proactive to propose how to improve present Services/Processes by mean of using new technologies, Automation, process re-engineering or Best Practices
    • Building a solid network with Local managers and with Front Offices in the countries served, as well as with the IS Teams involved in the Access processes
    • Identifying, evaluating, and reporting on IS Security and Compliance risks in a way we can avoid or mitigate them proactively
    • Facilitating issue resolution – Engaging with Customers and local/global ABB resources to ensure customer issues are resolved in a coordinated and timely manner for the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved
    • Working in an international and multicultural team and communicate in English on daily basis

    Your background

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in organizations managing Customer Support or User Access, working possibly in a multinational environment
    • Problem solving and high Customer Care ability
    • Knowledge of ERP Systems or Software Automation techniques are recommended
    • Curiosity, willingness to explore and learn new competences/skills and excellent team collaboration will be mandatory
    • University education in IT or Project Management related fields
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
