Industrial Analysis Service Engineer m/f/d

Ensure the maintenance of ABB's analyzers and analytical solutions and their distribution in workshops Follow with rigor the logical and methodological processes. Interpret the results of measurements and controls.

Your responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, commissioning of analytical products and systems.
• Control of analysis systems in the workshop in collaboration with the project managers.
• Provide technical support to customers and to the department's sales representatives.
• Carry out installation checks, adjustments and tests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To take note of the file to be carried out via the mission sheet transmitted by the project manager and to validate the totality of the needs for the installation.
• Report to the project manager on the progress of the mission.
• Participate in the global missions of the Department including on-call duty.
• Carry out administrative tasks and necessary reporting.
• Formalize and transmit experience feedback.

Your background

• Minimum Bac +2/3 in physical measurement, instrumentation, regulation or infrared analysis.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the industry.
• Desired experience in a travelling function and in a customer service.
• Frequent travel throughout France and possible abroad.
• Fluency in Enlgish and French.
• Autonomy, sense of customer service, organization, rigor, adaptability, professionalism, involvement, versatility,
• willingness to learn.
• Mastery of computer tools (Windows environment).
• Driving license required, valid H2VB2V BR electrical authorizations.
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
