Inside Sales Coordinator

As an Inside Sales coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting customers within an assigned ABB Motion Services Territory. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements. Your primary goal is to provide customers with timely and accurate pricing to products and service offerings that ABB Motion Services offers, including, but not limited to non-catalog service items, recommended spare part lists, special item pricing or third-party sourcing. These activities will require you to leverage the entire global ABB organization and holding these resources accountable to a response. In addition to creating product quotes, you will provide customer guidance and instruction, by maintaining customer relationships and escalating identified customer issues.

Your responsibilities

• Manage Case Queue as assigned and ensure inquiries are responded to within KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Create Quotations for parts and repairs
• Manage handoff process for items that require more in-depth technical response
• Provide timely follow-up on open requests
• Ensure that all related activities meet legal and ethical compliance requirements and are in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate efforts from multiple sources to create final offerings
• Create and coordinate with marketing communications to develop newsletters, promotional materials, and product brochures
• Coordinate Mutual Action Planning, Target Account Planning and Commitment letters

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales support or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments OR Associate degree +7 years' experience OR high school diploma/GED +9 years' experience
• Knowledge of company products, systems, processes, and organization
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Business specific experience with ABB’s MV (Medium Voltage​) and LV (Low Voltage) products is desired
• Ability to perform under pressure, assign priorities and solve problems quickly
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
