The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Drive the daily management and ongoing improvement of ABB's Early Talent programs in Switzerland, including trainee selection, global mobility processes, learning & development activities, and data tracking • Partner with the team to plan, organize, and implement ABB's Target Universities (Switzerland) events strategy (virtual and in-person) • Contribute to impactful Employer Branding projects, such as target hiring initiatives, updating web pages, and refreshing marketing materials • Create engaging and innovative content for global career social media channels, while supporting local paid campaigns • Represent ABB at internal and external events by delivering presentations in both German and English
    Qualifications for the role

    • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or similar
    • You have an high interest in HR and Talent Attraction
    • You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
    • You possess a good knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • You are a self-starter by nature, well organized and conscientious
    • You are flexible and possess the ability to prioritize and allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible
    • You have a genuine interest for communication and knowledge of main Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) as a private user and preferably from digital marketing perspective
    • Non-EU/non-EFTA citizens, please note that a certificate from your university, showing that an internship is a mandatory part of your studies, is required for the visa application
