    Internship in Global Communications Department

    In this role you will work in the Global Division Communications team, supporting both Marketing Communications and Internal Communications. You will collaborate in the creation and editing of internal and promotional material, as well as in monitoring the result of launched activities.

    This position reports to

    Global Marketing & Communications Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Content creation and editing: support the preparation and editing of promotional material (e.g. presentations) as well as editorial activities (social media posts, success stories)
    • Video content: editing of short internal and external videos using simple tools (such as Camtasia, Premiere Rush etc.)
    • Web update: ensure that the content of internal and external web pages is up to date
    • Databases update: ensure that relevant new assets are uploaded and updated in all relevant databases (e.g. mediabank)
    • KPIs reporting: prepare, update and monitor media reports based on PR agencies' inputs as well as internal statistics reports

    Your background

    • Bachelor or Master student in the field of Communications, Marketing,or related fields
    • Creative, proactive, highly motivated and willing to learn more about Communications function in a large company
    • Knowledge of content management platforms is a strong plus
    • Web editing skills, knowledge of Social Media usage
    • Knowledge of content editing tools (such as video editing)
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (especially power point)
    • Fluency in written and spoken English
