ABB Corporate Research, in close collaboration with our business lines, is developing the foundations for the next generation of ABB products. In Switzerland, ABB Corporate Research located in the proximity of Zurich employs ca. 70 scientists from over 20 countries. The Power Electronic Converters team focuses on design optimization, prototyping, and testing of low- and medium-voltage power electronic converter topologies and systems for various applications, such as motor drives, traction converters, and UPS systems. We offer a friendly, international work environment with the possibility to be part of industrial research projects.
