Intervention Service Technician E-mobility m/f/d

In this position, your main mission will be to embody, both internally and with our customers, the technical expertise around our electric vehicle charging solutions and to improve customer satisfaction by providing the right level of technical support and responsiveness. In concrete terms, you will develop procedures for troubleshooting and commissioning charging solutions; validate the technical feasibility of the recommended solutions in the pre-project phase and work on our customers' premises to ensure continuity of service and improve customer satisfaction by diagnosing and resolving faults.

Your responsibilities
- Validate and be responsible for the technical documents in the pre-project phase in order to distribute them to the different contractors of the project.
- Ensure the quality of the installation and commissioning.
- Carry out preventive & curative maintenance of ABB E-Mobility products according to factory recommendations and customer contract requirements, either remotely or at the customer site.
- Be considered as one of the guarantors of the technical expertise on electric vehicle charging stations in France.
- Provide technical expertise in the form of training, written reports, telephone support and/or on-site intervention (potentially on-call).
- To be a force of proposal with the final customer in order to recommend additional services during your interventions (spare parts, periodic maintenance contract, replacement of obsolete equipment, product training,...)
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing diagnostic, troubleshooting and support elements (remotely and on site) at the customer's request.
- Be rigorous in relation to project documentation and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness of submissions to internal and external customers.
Your background
- At least 2 years of higher education with a specialization in power electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a low voltage technician.
- Ideally experience in the field of high power electric vehicle chargers with knowledge of the industrial environment.
- Good level of English and French, both written and spoken.
- Mastery of computer diagnostic tools.
- Reactivity, autonomy, rigor, customer orientation.
- Good team spirit.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
