Intra-Group reconciliation Junior Specialist

In this role you will be a vital member within the Business Services organization in Krakow, Poland. You will support global initiatives in Intra-group global tools assisting business and Hubs and ensuring accuracy of intragroup transactions. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Junior Specialist for the Global Team to work on global analytics, performance measurements and tools data maintenance.

R2R Intra-Group Lead

Your responsibilities

• Maintain data in intra-group tools, CITnext and iTrade
• Act as a liaison person between Hub’s and business ensuring that I-G queries are timely addressed and resolved
• Provide data and assist to perform different types of data analysis
• Monitor and support the I-G matching performance in each Hub
• Support Business Services Hubs during month-end closing
• Communicate process changes, and overall status to different stakeholders
• Maintain user system access management updated based on roles and responsibilities
• Support other ad-hoc projects assigned by R2R GFPO

Your background

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting combined with understanding of Accounts Receivable/Account Payable/General Accounting
• Understanding of P2P, O2C processes and knowledge of Internal trade or internal business flow are considered as advantage
• Good Financial and Statistical Analysis skills
• Proficient in business English - excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good coordination, presentation, and communication skills
• Flexible to work with multiple deadlines and projects at the same time
