IS Application Specialist

The main purpose of this position is to apply strong IS application technology knowledge and expertise to any application IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics, is capable to work independently.

Global IS ERP TMZ Manager

Your responsibilities

• End To End Accountability for ERP Applications Operations & Maintenance.
• Provide support on new topics from RUN perspectives (new processes, new business stakes)
• Ensure high availability and performance for applications in production at optimized costs, according to the business needs
• Participate in Projects Go-Live planning as a gate keeper to ensure operational readiness, prepare transition to run
• Coordinate with Partners, Services Performance Team, Business Users for Incident, Problem and Change management
• Act as point of contact for escalations whenever there is a need for and/or manage conflict
• Drive the level 2 and level 3 support activities for his portfolio of applications
• Control performance through KPIs, with Operation Service Agreement and Service Level Agreement, ensuring they are met by the partners
• Oversee day-to-day services solutions for good health/stability with partners
• Daily weekly and monthly operation reviews with the partner selected for Application Management Services
• Apply governance and follow-up with our service partners
• Participate to functional design review, acceptance solutions or Go-Live planning
• Identify and propose Continuous improvement initiative to improve services efficiency (as for example the drive of overall ticket volume decrease)
• Automations & Lean Management
• Contract & Financial Management

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or Information Technology
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant of Functional/Operations experience in handling external Partners and managing the maintenance support activities.
• SAP Knowledge is preferrable with ITIL skills.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills needed– written
• Excellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stakeholders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem
• Supplier management experience desirable
• Driving performance and service quality for run activities for Engineering Applications
• Partner ecosystem management - Manage partners for Run activities compliance with Quality & Service Agreements
• Transition Management- Secure hand between build and run activities
• Expertise in driving process improvements initiatives
• Be able to report to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in writing knowledge articles, support documentation and working knowledge of collaborative tools (ITSM, Power BI, Tableau & MS Office tools)
