You will be mainly accountable for: Shaping and enhancing the overall digital experience of employees within the organization. This role optimizes the employee journey from recruitment to onboarding, development, engagement, and retention when interacting with ABB digital products. Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or Social Science (Product Design, Communication Design, Service Design, Social Informatics, Psychology)
• Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human-Computer Interaction / Product Design / Communication Design / Service Design / Consumer Journey / UX Design
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of global experience in applying Business Analytics, Consumer Journeys, Product Design, Digital Design, Product Management, Digitalization, and Consumer Experience (CX) of digital solutions
