IS ERP Change Manager

You will be working as IS ERP Change Manager, reporting to IS Operations Manager and will be a part of IS Services division located in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to apply strong IS application technology knowledge and expertise to any application IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics, is capable to work independently.

Your responsibilities

• Controlling performance through KPIs, with Operation Service Agreement and Service Level Agreement and ensuring they are met by the partners
• Monitoring overall change management process
• Approving and dispatching work-flow controls
• Performing QA checks and ensuring changes are acted as per agreed
• Following up activities with business/support and coordinate with SAP consultants/release managers for releases
• Ensuring activity is SoX compliance and changes acted on time and applying governance and follow-up with our service partners
• Participating to functional design review, acceptance solutions or Go-Live planning
• Identifying and propose continuous improvement initiative to improve services efficiency (as for example the drive of overall ticket volume decrease)

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (Ex- Business Administration, Information technology, Finance and Commerce and Engineering)
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant of Functional/Operations experience in handling external partners and managing the maintenance support activities
• SAP Knowledge is preferable with ITIL skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stakeholders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem
• Supplier management experience desirable
• Driving performance and service quality for run activities for Engineering Applications
