This role delivers appropriate Information Systems solution/service infrastructure according to agreements, on time, on budget and with good quality. This is a key role in strengthening our global Information Systems team, assisting in Electrification in Istanbul, Turkey. You will be part of a team applying strong Information Systems infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to aid in global business needs and help solve challenging topics.

Your responsibilities

• Perform IT process management activities for Hosting services for servers and data center in cross countries.
• You will proactively take role in IT Process management in the IS Infrastructure Hosting/Servers Services for deployments and change activities in Hosting area of cross countries.
• Local IS services catalog management / supporting global catalog team (ServiceNow); IS Services ordering support.
• Asset Management and controlling.
• Local IS services catalog management for hosting process management.
• Take action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, correct malfunctions and make sure services are delivered in a proactive way.
• Install and test new versions, investigate and coordinate the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
• Execute, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed ΑΒΒ Group guideline.

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
• 5 years’ experience in IS Infrastructure Hosting services (servers management, data center management).
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• The ability to manage multiple demands, working with cross-functional, virtual and international teams.
• A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach.
• VEEAM Backup and Replication Application certified.
• Windows 2019 Server Administration certified.
• Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies.
