    Position summary

    Computer (PC) Hardware, Software, Applications, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Peripherals and manufacturing equipment. Applying strong IS (Information Systems) infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to support infra-structure activity within all IS process domains. #LI-Onsite
    This position reports to

    Your responsibilities

    • Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up and peripheral installation.

    • Configure and manage Multi function printer (MFPs) and printing solutions including large MFP devices (Xerox), Label Printers (Zebra), and small use laser printers (Xerox). Support end users with secure printing solution (VPSX)

    • Audio & video conference room support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (Poly, Lenovo, Crestron Flex, Crestron NVX)

    • Mobile device configuration support, Multi Factor Authentication, O365, Networking (iOS and Android)

    • Provide end user support on VOIP environment including handsets and software-based phone.

    • Provide end user and guest support and coordinate with local and global services on troubleshooting activities; work with Country Infrastructure team on staging and refresh projects.

    • Support manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation.

    • Support the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services; when involved, deliver the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.

    • Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role required.

    • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Support of O365.

    • Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure.

    • Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience.

    • Experience in programming or scripting in an Information Technology (IT) environment is preferred.

    • Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures and factory IT programs preferred.

    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
