IS LAB and Data Center Lead

edIn 1. Responsible for overall IT systems and infrastructure for Process Automation India Business's and AIC's Labs and Data Center. 2. Manage and govern LAB and Data Center IS support team (outsourced and internal) and ensure timely and quality delivery. 3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for data center operations and IT lab activities. 4. Monitor data center and LAB IT environment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. 5. Implement and enforce ABB security standards and protocols to protect data center and IT lab assets. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. 6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data center and IT lab issues. Maintain documentation of systems, processes, assets and procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 7. Ensure the reliability and performance of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems. Monitor and manage environmental conditions within the data center to ensure optimal performance and safety. 8. Collaborate with businesses stakeholders to develop and execute LAB IT solutions, projects and programs.
Qualifications for the role

• Over all 12+ Years with extensive hands on experience in the area of IT Data Center and LAB IT operations.
• Deep understanding of IT, OT and ET infrastructure is must.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, backup and virtualization.
• Experience with VMware and Microsoft virtualization products, vSphere, Hyper-V, and vSAN.
• In-depth Knowledge of key mechanisms of TCP/IP networking, routing, address translation, VLANs, DNS, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
• Competence in spoken and written English.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a
