The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area - Smart Power Division You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring that application meets business objectives and fulfill end-user requirements • Being accountable for the resolution of issues which have or might have a major impact on the relevant IS application • Supporting team in case of problems as well as delegating tasks and assigning priorities • Building strong relationship with business representatives and support teams • Making sure that existing knowledge storage is up to date • Defining and coordinating delivery of improvements to the quality of the application/service and keep it aligned with the business needs • Monitoring agreed SLAs • Managing delivery of projects and/or tasks in agreed timelines, budget and quality by utilizing various internal delivery teams in ABB, as well as external 3rd party suppliers • Performing project management and administration tasks including building and maintaining project plans, reports, risk log, project repository, etc. and communicating status to key stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with Information Systems project frameworks and processes This position reports to IT Service Management Team Leader
Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• You are experienced in managing global IT applications and working with IT Service Management concepts
• Ability to demonstrate independence, discipline, and work under time pressure
• Have established skills in Agile methodologies
• Have knowledge of MyService tool and Jira products
• You are at ease communicating in English
• Knowledge of SOX compliance is a plus
