    e of software in ABB. The IS Process Manager for Software Asset Management guides and supports the IS Service Owners in the execution and implementation of the defined processes.
    Your responsibilities

    • Responsible for taking over the operational accountability for the software asset management processes. The responsibility includes the design, documentation, implementation and operation of the respective processes. In particular: Developing and maintaining the management practices as well as the processes of software asset management and relevant KPIs. Monitoring and controlling the correct execution of the software asset management processes

    • Driving improvements of software asset management processes. Serving as the escalation stage for all software asset management process related topics and issues

    • Driving process related governance meetings, including the preparation of the meeting agenda, organization of presentations as well as follow-ups and task tracking. Monitoring and regularly reporting software related risks that affect ABB

    • Enabling IS service owners to execute the process by establishing supportive capacities, procedures and documentation. Working closely with the process owner (Global IS Department Manager for Asset and Finance Management) to take provided internal control regulations and guidance into the process

    • Acting as the organization's contact for relevant regulatory authorities and audits, ensuring proper relationships between the organization and external parties, with valid interest in the organization's governance are in place

    • Adherence to corporate IS policies and procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job

    Your background

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related technical field

    • Minimum 10+ years working experience in IT area, above 7 years of process management experience needed in large enterprise organizations with consulting experience towards senior management or equivalent management tier levels

    • Comprehensive understanding of SAM, ITIL, SIAM concepts. ITIL certification required

    • Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies. Experience in the design and optimization of processes, well structured, holistic and entrepreneurial thinking

    • Broad knowledge about service management tools and platforms, excellent facilitation, coaching and mediation skills, excellent experience in leading IS people who do not report directly

    • Ability to transfer business requirements to technical requirements. Coordination skills and proven lean process improvement mindset
