The Process Specialist for Change Control is responsible to establish and maintain continuous governance over Change Requests owned and processed across all IS suppliers. Person responsible for this position ensures that all changes use consistent methods to assess, approve and deploy changes. The Process Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of change records (depends on its type) in ITSM tool and via various communication methods across all contracted suppliers also ensures that the process and its interfaces support the execution of the IS mission.

    Your responsibilities

    • Providing governance over timely delivery of Change Requests per-formed by IS Suppliers including documentation, tasks completion in accordance with the defined Change Management Process
    • Drives operations-related governance meetings (CAB/Change advisory board), including the preparation of the meeting agenda
    • Manages emergency and expedited change requests to ensure business continuity within critical services
    • Guides, supports and motivates IS Service and Product owners to implement and follow the established guidelines for changes within GBS IS
    • Tracks and tests Change Control ITSM Tool enhancements and improvements
    • Leads failed the Change Exemption process for the IS Suppliers

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
    • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Service Management area (Change, Release, Incident) in large enterprises within a global environment
    • Good understanding of ITIL and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) concepts, Change Management (CHMG), Level 5"
    • Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
    • Outstanding verbal and communication skills
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching and mediation skills
    • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills using standards methodologies
