IS Service Owner for HSE and Sustainability Domain

As an IS Service Manager you will be part of the team delivering and supporting global applications for Health and Safety, Security, Environment and Sustainability areas. Your role will be to take end to end responsibility for applications from both operational (support, maintenance) and development perspective. It is a great opportunity to participate in shaping complex environment of advanced corporate systems.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the framework to deliver the services for the HSE and Sustainability Domain
• Implement service delivery strategy
• Ensure work in the delivery department is compliant with both internal and external guidelines and directives
• Support all internal IS and cross-functional processes related to IS service delivery demand in the area of responsibility
• Effectively support processes that foster service improvement
• Manage the Team which provides IS services in the area of HSE and Sustainability Domain
• Vendor Management activities such as managing external IS providers

Your background

• Previous experience in Information Systems delivery roles, including managing global applications or services
• Sound knowledge of Information Systems development and operations skills combined with deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
• Extensive knowledge of ITIL
• Ability to lead cross-functional, virtual and international teams
• Experience in leading Information Systems vendors
• A collaborative, solution- and customer service-focused approach combined with strong communication skills
• Fluent English
