You will be mainly accountable for: • In the scope of this position is the accountability of management of Privileged Access Management services across ABB. This includes all kind of privileges that are granted to servers, computers, applications, databases, and clients. Additionally, monitoring and implementation of PAM rules and policies. • The position holder is required to ensure services are compliant to regulatory requirements specifically because the service caters as a compliance support function on user access management controls for other dependent systems. • The position holder should be able to market and position their services to consumers and create compelling value proposition for PAM services adoption. • Ensures up-to-date services are run for End Point, Server and database PAM. • Responsible to design, implement and maintain the framework to deliver the PAM services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations. • Ensures hands-on involvement in operations within the service area, responsible to create effort, time, and cost estimates for demand requests (projects, solutions, deployments, and handover to operational vendor), and ensures that the service reaches its targets with the increase in performance year after year. • Manages the business/customer/consumer expectations for the service in scope. • Serves as the escalation point in case of a severe problem in the service and works with the service line to get the service back on track.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science.
    • 15 years of overall IT experience
    • 5 years of leadership experience preferred.
    • Certifications required in ITIL Foundation, Beyond Trust or Cyber Ark technical certifications
    • Certifications preferred in CISSP and CISM
